Description
- Manage bank accounts, oversee transactions, and maintain finance master data.
- Coordinate with overseas shared services for daily accounting tasks and data accuracy.
- Handle fixed asset ledger reviews (US GAAP) and reporting adjustments for Japanese GAAP.
- Prepare and analyze tax data, support tax filings, and submit necessary notifications to authorities.
- Support internal and external audits by coordinating documentation and data submissions.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and handle general administrative duties (e.g., mail checks, contracts, seal applications).

- Skilled in financial systems and Microsoft Excel
