キャラクターフィギュアやプラモデルなど、多様な商品・サービスを展開する弊社にて、事業拡大に向けて「海外営業管理スタッフ」の募集をいたします。
商品登録や受発注の対応・在庫管理など、営業をサポートする様々な業務のほか、他部署のハブになり商品の販売支援を行います。
【業務内容】
今回募集するポジションは「海外担当」となります。
・海外事務処理
-海外分の受注データ集計とシステムへ取り込み
・海外取引先対応
-海外取引先からの問い合わせ対応および営業担当への情報提供
・海外在庫管理
-海外倉庫の在庫状況の把握と出荷指示、営業担当への在庫レポート提供
・海外営業管理
-毎月の海外出荷コストの管理、最適な輸送方法の選択によるコスト削減
