・企画・財務本部の人財戦略の企画推進
・人員計画に基づくキャリア採用
・人財育成（ありたい人財像の実現に向け、配置検討とOJT、教育を組み合わせた人財育成体系の構築）

・人事分野での2つ以上の領域の経験（必須）
・人事分野での戦略立案又は企画立案経験（必須）
・一般企業でのFP A業務/管理会計・経営管理等に携わる業務経験（あれば尚良）
・英語を使った業務経験（あれば尚良）
・データ分析に基づく人材管理経験（あれば尚良）
・TOEIC 600点以上（あれば尚良）
