■主な業務
・予算グループ：年度予算の編成（経費の審査を含む）、収支見通しの作成
・決算グループ：エネルギーセグメントの管理会計（業績の分析・報告）
・IFRS決算グループ：連結会計方針の作成、連結財務諸表・有価証券報告書の作成
・CoMPASS会計１～３グループ：HDの単体財表および一般会計、棚卸会計、販売会計、固定資産管理、会計面からの設備投資支援
■配属グループ（予定）：
予算グループ・決算グループ・連結決算グループ・CoMPASS会計１/２/３グループ ※選考時に適性を見て決定
■採用後のキャリアパス
最初は、経理部に配属。その後、本人の適正・希望などを踏まえて、経理部・財務部・国内外出向など経理財務部門内で異動。
