【業務内容】
人々のウェルビーイングと持続可能な地球環境の実現を目指した、サステナビリティ経営に関する戦略立案および推進を主担当として行っていただきます。
関係する部門との連携をリードし、グループ会社や外部団体とのコミュニケーションを通じて戦略を立案、経営幹部への提言を通じてサステナビリティ経営の確立を目指していただきます。
・循環型経済（サーキュラーエコノミー）
・GX（グリーントランスフォーメーション）の戦略立案など

Required Skills

・サステナビリティ、ESG、環境などの業務経験3年以上

・英語力（スムーズに英語で業務上のやり取りができるレベル）
【管理職クラスの要件】
・（上の要件に加え）マネジメント経験
【歓迎】
・経営企画・事業企画の業務経験3年以上
・サステナビリティ ストラテジスト
・ESG領域のコンサルティング経験者
・事業会社において、PM、PMO、マネジメントなどのリーダー経験者
・国内外の外部団体を含めたステークホルダーとの交渉ができる者
