■業務内容
楽天グループと日本郵便の合弁会社「JP楽天ロジスティクス」の倉庫運営および楽天市場との物流連携において、品質保証の観点から、サービス全体の安定性と成長を支える業務となります。
QAプロセス全体の設計・推進・標準化を担い、品質とスピードを両立した対応を実施いたします。
・ QAリードとしてプロジェクトに参画し、テスト計画・実行・評価を主導
・QAプロセスの改善提案・標準化の推進
・社内外の関係者との連携・調整（オフサイト含む）
・テスト仕様・テストケースのレビューとフィードバック
・ チーム全体の生産性向上に向けた後進の育成

・ISTQB Foundationレベル相当の知識

・社内外関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力
・TOEIC800点相当の英語力
■要望条件
・物流業界や倉庫管理システム（WMS）に関する知識
・ソフトウェア開発経験
・EC（B2C、C2C、B2B2C）領域でのサービス提供経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
