1. 市場調査・ビジネスインテリジェンス ・
業界動向や競争環境、市場の変化を収集・分析し、戦略部門や事業部門に向けた有益なインサイトを提供いただきます。
2. 戦略立案・実行支援 ・
中期経営計画（MTP2030）を含む戦略目標の達成に向けて、課題整理、選択肢の評価、推奨策の提案を実施いただきます。
3. 意思決定・ステークホルダーマネジメント ・
事業全体の利益を考慮しながら、重要な意思決定やパートナーシップ戦略の検討をサポートいただきます。
4. チームリーダーシップ・育成 ・
現有メンバーを指導し、戦略的思考、分析スキル、コミュニケーション能力の向上を支援いただきます。
5. 戦略手法の標準化 ・
事業部門・地域ユニット全体で戦略フレームワークや分析手法の統一を推進し、一貫した戦略実行を確立いただきます。
