【業務内容】
・営業チームと協力し、顧客の課題、要件、開発プロセスを理解し、最適な技術的ソリューションを提案する。
・製品紹介資料やデモンストレーションを作成し、顧客に製品の利点を説明する。
・製品の使用ガイダンスと技術トレーニングを顧客に提供し、導入の成功をサポートする。
・顧客にとって有益で、さらなる収益を生み出す可能性のある製品の拡張やサービスについて、適切なQtチームにフィードバックを提供する。
・評価および概念実証（PoC）段階における技術サポートの提供
・業界や技術の動向を調査してターゲット顧客を特定し、ウェビナーや講演を通じて技術情報を発信する。
