サービス戦略（修理と校正）の策定と実施。
トップラインとボトムラインの成長に重点を置き、サービス収益と営業利益の確立と管理に責任を持つ。
他部門との販売サービスの調整、営業、マーケティング、製造担当者との連絡役。
顧客サービス組織（デポ／管理／現場技術／サービス・セールス・マーケティング）の各組織のローカル方針および手順を策定する。
顧客満足度を最大化するため、質の高いサービス基準の確立、実施、維持に責任を持つ。
フルークの顧客およびパートナーへのローカル・サービス・サポートを向上させるため、北アジア地域における認定サービス・プロバイダーの管理および設立に責任を持ちます。
