Participate in the development of long range budgets and other projective guidelines and measures for the plant
Coordinating financial analysis projects such as cost comparison budget variance analysis
Work closely with the APAC Finance Controller and local management
Provide value added financial analyses with accurate data to help business leaders make better decisions
Access Oracle and other database software on a regular basis
Submit Monthly Quarterly and Annual report to Headquarter in US
Local TAX filling
Lead the finance team of 4 staffs to support 2 manufacturing plants in Okegawa and Kozuki.
Support the business partners participate in developing operational strategies targets and efficiency.
Responsible for all financial activities reporting to US corporate.
Responsible for the development and submission of yearly plan and monthly forecast.
Communicate clearly the drivers for the month’s results and provide gap analysis to Asia Controller
Provide value added financial analyses with accurate data to help business leaders make better decisions.
Manage all local statutory requirement tax and corporate secretarial matters.
Implementation of Oracle module ie Inventory and 3 way match.
Any ad hoc assignments.

※2 manufacturing plants in Saitama （～45 staff） and Hyogo （～45 staff） prefectures. Position will be expected to visit Japanese plants about 1 time every month.

Accountancy university degree or higher
Previous experience in manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge of Japanese GAAP US GAAP Local Tax
Oracle and Hyperion knowledge will be an advantage.
Good command of spoken and written English
Proficient in the use of advance excel.
Independent worker who requires minimum supervision.
Ability to work under pressure and accept new challenges.
Strong process management with continuous improvement mindset/approach.
