主に採用計画の立案および実行を中心にご担当いただきます。採用チームに在籍する1名の方のマネジメントもお任せします。各部署のマネージャーと連携しながら年間の採用スケジュールを策定するほか、部署からの採用に関する要望に対して調整・交渉を行っていただくこともあります。

現在の稼働率は約80％、近い将来にはフル稼働を目指すほどの人気ホテルです。
Description
- 採用計画（採用計画レポート提出、各部署のマネージャーと連携し、採用年間スケジュールや、要望、交渉等）
- 採用業務（ソーシング、エージェントとのやり取り、面接等）
- オンボーディング（新入社員のオンボーディング（将来的には研修チームが対応予定））
- 部下1名の管理
