社労士業務に加え、給与計算の実務対応と英語力が求められるポジションです。

■給与・賞与計算業務 (退職金含む) メイン
■社会保険・労働保険の諸手続き
■就業規則の作成・見直し
■人事・労務相談に関するコンサルティング
■人事制度の構築・運用に関するコンサルティング 等

Required Skills
【必須】
・社労士資格保有者
・社保、労保等手続全般の業務経験者(手を動かすことをいとわない方) ・給与計算業務経験3年以上あり(産休・育休、年度更新、算定基礎等) ・単独で給与(給与計算、残業代の計算、欠勤控除、退職金)、(一通りの)社保業務ができる人 ・問題解決能力のある人 ・英語にアレルギーがない人(ツールを使うなどして自力で解決できる人)
