Duties and Responsibilities:
· As an experienced Director in our Data SAP team, design and implement SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions tailored to client needs.
· Lead client workshops to gather requirements and provide insights on SAC capabilities. Collaborate with clients to develop data analytics strategies and solutions.
· Manage multicultural, multilingual and multi-geo project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of SAP SAC projects.
· Manage large-scale ERP transformation and data estate modernization projects.
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
· Engage in business development activities to identify new opportunities and expand client relationships.

Requirements and Qualifications:
· 3-10 years of experience in SAP SAC and/or data analytics, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
· Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and data modeling.
· Experience in large ERP transformation or data estate modernization projects.
· Familiarity with working with or alongside Hitachi and Fujitsu or other similar Japanese SI vendors on large scale ERP deployment projects.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
· Strong communication and leadership skills.
· Bilingual proficiency in Japanese (N2 or above) and English, with native-level proficiency in one and fluent-level proficiency in the other. Japanese natives with conversational English welcome.
Educational Profile:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Master's degree is a bonus.
