主な業務内容

• MySQL/MariaDBの運用・管理（パフォーマンス最適化、セキュリティ強化、スケーラビリティ向上）
• キャパシティプランニング、レポート作成、データベース監視の実施
• SQLのクエリ最適化、データベースメモリチューニングによるパフォーマンス向上
• データベース環境の不具合の特定・解決、システムの安定性の確保
• MySQLのバージョンアップの影響評価

• Manage MySQL/MariaDB databases, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
• Conduct capacity planning, reporting, and database monitoring.
• Optimize slow queries and memory performance tuning.
• Identify and resolve database environment discrepancies.
• Assess and manage the impact of MySQL version upgrades.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• MySQL/MariaDBの運用・保守の実務経験
• SQLのパフォーマンス分析・チューニングの専門知識
• Linux環境でのシステム開発・運用経験
• 複数のDBMSのデータベース管理スキル
• 技術ドキュメントの作成・管理スキル

• 英語: 中級〜ビジネスレベル
• 日本語: 会話レベル（尚可）

• ハイトラフィック＆大規模データベース環境での実務経験
• データベース管理の自動化・スクリプト作成スキル
• クラウドベースのデータベースソリューションの知識
• データベースセキュリティのベストプラクティスに関する知識
• 優れた問題解決力と分析力

Experience:

• Hands-on experience with MySQL/MariaDB operations and maintenance.
• Expertise in SQL performance analysis and tuning.
• Experience with Linux-based system development and operations.
• Strong database administration skills across multiple DBMS.

• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.

Language Requirements

• English: Intermediate to Business-level proficiency.
• Japanese: Conversational level preferred.

• Experience in high-traffic, large-scale database environments.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting for database management.
