主な業務内容

• ミッションクリティカルなシステムのOracleデータベースのパフォーマンスチューニングと最適化
• パフォーマンスイシューに関するデータベースの分析・トラブルシューティングの実施
• Oracleデータベースの運用・メンテナンス・アップグレード；パフォーマンスの最適化
• バックアップ戦略、災害復旧計画、キャパシティプランニングの実施
• 開発チームやシステム管理者と連携し、スケーラブルなデータベース環境を構築

• Optimize and tune Oracle databases to enhance system performance.
• Analyze and troubleshoot database issues to ensure reliability.
• Maintain and upgrade Oracle databases for optimal efficiency.

• Collaborate with developers and system administrators to ensure database scalability.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• Oracle DBAとしての実務経験3年以上
• 上記においてパフォーマンスチューニング・最適化に携わった経験
• オンプレミス環境でのOracleデータベース管理経験
• SQLチューニング、クエリ最適化、リソース管理のスキル
• Linux環境でのOracle DB運用経験

語学力

日本語：基礎会話ができれば尚可

英語：中級〜ビジネスレベル（必須）

• Oracle RAC、Data Guard、GoldenGateの使用経験
• Oracleデータベースのパフォーマンス監視ツールの活用経験

Experience:

• 3+ years as an Oracle DBA, focusing on performance tuning and database optimization.
• Strong expertise in Oracle database administration (On-Premise).
• Experience in SQL tuning, query optimization, and resource management.
• Proficiency in Linux-based systems for Oracle DB management.

• English: Intermediate to Business-level proficiency.
• Japanese: Basic proficiency preferred.

• Experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, or GoldenGate.
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools for Oracle databases.
• Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills.
