概要：

本ポジションでは、物件の取得・契約からインテリア企画、リノベーションの進行管理・セットアップまで、一連のプロジェクトに横断的に関わっていただきます。物件所有者やリノベ会社など関係者との調整・交渉を通じて、空間としての魅力を最大化し、収益性とブランド価値の両立を図っていく役割です。
インテリア領域については、専門的なデザイン経験は必須ではありませんが、家具選定や空間づくりに対するセンス・興味を活かしながら、実務ベースでの改善提案やディレクションを担っていただきます。
また、マーケティング・財務・オペレーションなど社内チームとも密に連携し、事業成長を支えるプロジェクト推進の要としてご活躍いただくことを期待しています。

・新規物件のリサーチ、評価、契約交渉
・不動産オーナーや関係者へのアプローチ戦略の企画・実行
・物件の商品企画・プランニング
・既存物件の賃料交渉、契約管理、収益改善提案
・既存物件のパフォーマンス分析と賃貸戦略立案
・パフォーマンスレポートの作成および社内外への報告
・物件セットアップの進行および品質管理
・物件所有者との綿密なやり取り・調整
・マーケティング・財務・オペレーションなど、社内関連チームとの連携・情報共有

Position Summary

In this role, you will be involved in a wide range of cross-functional projects—from property acquisition and contracting, to interior planning, renovation management, and final setup. You will work closely with property owners, renovation firms, and other stakeholders to enhance the appeal of our spaces while balancing profitability and brand value.

While deep design experience is not a requirement, we welcome candidates who have a strong sense of aesthetics and interest in space design and furniture selection. You will be expected to provide practical improvement suggestions and direction throughout the process.

You will also collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to drive business growth and project success.

We are looking for individuals who are eager to combine perspectives from both real estate and interior design to develop "living spaces" as marketable products. Key Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate new property acquisition opportunities and negotiate contracts
• Plan and develop property concepts and positioning
• Devise and implement strategies for approaching property owners and related stakeholders
• Review and renegotiate lease terms for existing properties to improve profitability
• Analyze property performance and formulate leasing strategies
• Prepare performance reports and share with internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee setup and quality control of new properties
• Maintain close communication and coordination with property owners
• Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, finance, and operations

■ 必須要件
・1年程度の不動産業界または関連分野での実務経験
・インテリアや家具選定に関する知識、または業務経験がある方
・複数の物件セットアップやリノベーションを並行して進行できるプロジェクト管理スキル
・サプライヤーや業者との交渉・調整経験
・日本語がネイティブまたはビジネスレベルで流暢な方

・AutoCAD、SketchUpなどのデザインツールの使用経験
