Job Description

As Sales Director, you'll lead and grow high-performing B2B sales teams while driving commercial strategies that align with the company's premium brand image.

Your mission: maximise revenue, enhance brand visibility, and deliver exceptional results across Japan's market.

Description

  • Lead and grow both the FIT and MICE sales teams, including goal setting, coaching, and performance management.
  • Build and execute commercial action plans with key travel agencies, including promotions, incentives, and educational tours.
  • Monitor revenue and performance targets, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure commercial success.
  • Own the negotiation and management of all B2B contracts and relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, call centres, and finance to align on multichannel strategy.
