＜仕事内容＞
マーケティング部門の統括としてオンライン/オフラインマーケティング施策の設計・実行統括、
韓国ブランド側との交渉統括、販売用什器デザイン・準備統括のポジションです
・全ての化粧品/インナービューティー製品に対するオンライン/オフライン統合年間マーケティングプランの策定・実行
・年間マーケティングプランを実行するにあたっての内部/外部リソースの有効活用
・韓国ブランドとの交渉・商品選定、日本向け企画の提案
・店頭売上最大化に向けた販促物・化粧品陳列台・商品ケースのデザインのレビュー
・新ブランド導入検討時の日本市場・消費者・競合の調査を通した4P戦略策定
・韓国への出張あり

・3年以内にご自身でオンライン/オフライン統合年間マーケティングプランの策定・実行をされた方
＜尚可＞
・韓国語のコミュニケーション能力（韓国のブランド担当者とのコミュニケーションがある為）
・韓国化粧品ブランドの取り扱い経験がある方
・消費者ニーズ分析およびトレンドキャッチのスキル
・商品企画や海外商品の日本向け企画などローカライズの経験
・店頭販促物の企画・作成のご経験
・新規ブランド立上のご経験
