Demand & Supply Planner

We are seeking a talented Demand & Supply Planner to join a highly functioning Demand Planning team in a leading Consumer company, with a focus on managing and optimizing inventory and supply chain processes.

Description

• Coordinate and manage supply chain activities to optimize inventory and ensure smooth product flow.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to forecast demand and ensure supply meets requirements.
• Utilize data analytics to identify potential supply chain issues and implement effective solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate supply chain processes across the organization.

A successful Demand & Supply Planner should have:

• A strong understanding of supply chain processes within the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and supply chain management software.
• A degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a relevant field.
