More than 7 years experience of project management

Project management experience in large companies

basic knowledge about software development, data science, AI (especially GenAI)

Experiences working in financial companies more than 3 years

Project Management Methodologies:

Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.

Expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.

Technical Proficiency:

Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet).

Ability to create and maintain project documentation (e.g., project plans, risk registers, status reports).

Familiarity with relevant technologies for the industry (e.g., software development lifecycle, cloud computing, data analytics).

Leadership & Communication:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Stakeholder Management:

Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status effectively.

Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
