Description

• Establish second line of defense risk governance in line with Japan regulations.
• Define risk appetite metrics, thresholds, and escalation criteria.
• Identify emerging enterprise risks and monitor the aggregate risk profile.
• Participate in key governance committees and provide oversight on critical controls.
• Continuously improve the enterprise risk framework for Japan.
• Collaborate with 1st line and control functions (Compliance, Treasury, GCO, etc.).
• Support internal control and regulatory readiness for exams and safety & soundness.
• Deliver effective challenge and advisory to business teams across risk stripes.
