• 金融業界のクライアントを担当（銀行、保険会社、証券会社など）。
• 信用リスク、市場リスク、オペリスク、アンダーライティングリスクなど、金融特有のリスクの専門家として、リスク管理体制の強化を支援
• エンタープライズ・リスクマネジメント（ERM）戦略の策定・実行（トップリスク管理やKRI（主要リスク指標）のモニタリングを含む）。
• AML/CFT（マネーロンダリング対策・テロ資金供与対策）対応など、国際金融規制のコンプライアンス対応をサポート
• 内部監査の改善支援や、外部評価（品質評価）の実施
• 金融リスク評価やコンプライアンスのためのデータ分析ソリューションの導入

Join a top-ranked global consulting firm and provide strategic risk management solutions to leading financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, and securities firms. As a Financial Risk Management Consultant, you will enhance financial risk frameworks, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive enterprise risk management (ERM) strategies. This role offers exposure to diverse clients, industries, and high-impact projects, making it an excellent opportunity to develop specialized expertise in financial risk consulting.

• Provide risk management consulting to financial institutions, improving credit, market, operational, and underwriting risk frameworks.
• Develop and implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) structures, including top risk management and Key Risk Indicator (KRI) monitoring.
• Support regulatory compliance initiatives, including international financial regulations, anti-money laundering (AML/CFT) frameworks, and internal audit enhancements.
• Conduct external quality assessments and internal audit improvements for financial institutions.
• Implement data analytics solutions for financial risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
• Advise regulatory authorities and government agencies on financial risk policies and compliance frameworks.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• 金融関連経験（部署・領域不問；金融系のコンサルも可）。
• リスクマネジメントやコンプライアンスに関する優れた分析力・問題解決力
• 金融のリスクマネジメント方法論や規制コンプライアンスのフレームワークに関する知識。
• データ分析、モデリング、財務リスク評価ツールの知識。
• RAFやKRIモニタリングなどのリスク評価手法の知識。

• 院卒（MBA、法学、統計学、ファイナンスなど）歓迎

• Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in financial risk management, regulatory compliance, or internal audit.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in risk consulting or compliance.

• Language Requirements:

  • Japanese: Fluent (required for client engagement and regulatory compliance).
  • English: Intermediate to Business level (for global projects and reporting).

• Experience in consulting firms, audit firms, or regulatory authorities.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Law, Statistics, or Finance) preferred.
• Knowledge of financial risk methodologies, including RAF and KRI monitoring.
• Familiarity with data analytics, financial modeling, and risk assessment tools.
• Understanding of ESG-related risk frameworks.
