- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
- Negotiate with stakeholders

- Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with our products and services
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
