日本支社では現在、テクニカルサポート職におけるやる気と意欲のある仲間を募集しています。応募者には、Windowsクライアント・オペレーションシステムのネットワーク・トラブルシューティングを中心に、日本およびグローバル顧客の技術的問題解決に関する業務を担っていただきます。

Our regional office in Japan is now seeking a motivated and engaged colleague to join the team as a
Technical Support Representative. The successful applicant will be responsible for performing duties related to technical problem resolution for Japanese and global customers, with a focus on network troubleshooting of Windows client operation systems.

■主な業務 Duties (but not limited to)

• 営業・カスタマーサービスチームと協力し、技術的問題の解決が必要な顧客への高度なサポートを提供する
  Collaborate with sales and CS to deliver advanced support to clients who need help in technical issues
• ネットワーク、サーバー、ソフトウェアに関するトラブルシューティングを実行し、問題が解決されるようフォローアップする
  Execute troubleshooting network, server and software issues, and follow up to ensure the problem is resolved
• 出張による本船上でのインストレーションやトレーニングを含む、サービス導入過程のサポート業務
  Support onboarding process, on-site service installation and training are sometimes required on travel
• 輪番制での週末（主にテレワーク）勤務を含む、グローバル・チケットシステムおよび電話でのサポート対応（代休取得前提）
  Work with global ticket system and phone calls including on-duty weekend support mainly at home

■応募資格 Qualifications
（必須 Must）

• TCP/IP、DNS、VLAN、REST APIなど、ネットワークの概念に関する一般的な知識
  General knowledge and understanding of concepts about network such as TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN, REST API, etc.
• 非エンジニアとのコミュニケーションに抵抗がなく、技術的概念を分かりやすく説明できる能力
  Ability to communicate with non-engineers by explaining technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
• コンピュータを活用した業務効率化に対する強い信念や興味
  Strong belief in or interest in making computer-based business efficiency
• 日本語および英語でのコミュニケーション能力およびチームワーク
  Communication skills both in Japanese and English and work as part of a global and regional team
• 日本での就労が可能な在留資格 *当社は就労ビザの取得支援を行いません
  Status of residence that allows you to work in Japan
  *The company doesn’t assist in obtaining a working visa for your new entry to Japan

• 3年以上の社会人経験
