主な業務内容

• ガバナンス、リスク、オペレーション、人事、IT、施設管理、BCPなどの重要領域を統括。
• クライアント目線でかつ成果を追求する企業文化の醸成；クライアントリレーションシップの強化、社内プロセスの最適化。
• リスクフレームワークや社内ポリシー、法規制に則ったオペレーション体制の確保；オペリスク・コンプライアンスリスク・財務リスクの管理。
• 経営陣への助言（特に規制、オペレーション、戦略等について）。
• 海外チームとの連携；シームレスなオペレーションの実現、グローバル目標やプロジェクトとの一貫性の確保。
• 日本のKYC規制、マネーロンダリング防止法（AML）、およびオンボーディング、業務管理、顧客文書作成に関する社内ポリシーの遵守の徹底。
• 日本の財務報告、税務申告、財務記録管理の監督。

Join a growing global financial institution in Japan as a Chief Operating Officer (COO), where you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in managing diverse functions, including Governance, Risk and Operations (GWO), Finance, HR, IT, Facilities, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP). Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize internal processes, enhance client relationships, and align local operations with global corporate strategies.

• Oversee administration and operational management across key business functions.
• Foster a customer-centric, results-driven culture to strengthen client relationships.
• Ensure all operations comply with Japan's regulatory landscape, including KYC, AML, and data privacy laws.
• Manage operational, compliance, and financial risks in alignment with internal risk frameworks and policies.
• Provide expert guidance to senior management on regulatory, operational, and strategic matters.
• Collaborate with global teams to integrate local operations with international business objectives.
• Supervise financial reporting, tax filing, and financial record management.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• Webアプリケーションの構築および維持における3年以上の経験。

• フロントエンドおよ びバックエンドを含むフルスタック開発の実践的な専門知識。

ソフトスキル：

• 関連部署、クライアント、規制当局とそれぞれ効果的にやりとりができるコミュニケ―ション能力。
• リーダーシップスキル。
• 問題解決力。

語学力

• 日本語: ネイティブレベル（規制対応や国内業務で必須）。
• 英語: 中級〜ビジネスレベル（グローバルチームとの連携で必要）。

• 8-10 years in operational leadership within the financial services industry.
• Strong background in business management and financial operations.
