職務内容
- メンバーの目標設定と評価、メンタリングとコーチングといった手段での、成長支援
- エンジニア組織全体の組織運営、改善の提案と実行
- チーム状況やメンバー特性にあわせ、必要があれば各種マネジメントや実装も含めて行う
- メンバーを育成しながら、業務を移譲する中長期の組織計画と遂行
