職務内容
- 旅行保険商品の統合プロジェクトをリード
- 関係者との要件定義、スコープ・スケジュール・予算・リソース計画の策定
- プロジェクトにおけるリスク分析・管理、解決策の提案・実行
- ステークホルダーおよび経営層への定期的な報告と課題のエスカレーション
- ROIやビジネスケースの作成と評価
- ウォーターフォール／アジャイルの両方の手法を用いた継続的な改善推進
