テクニカルリーダーとして、自動車管理システムのモダナイゼーションを主導し、日本の顧客とオフショア開発チームをつなぐ役割を担う。要件定義から開発、プロジェクト管理まで幅広く対応。

職務内容
- 顧客の要件を収集・分析し、仕様書（SRS）を作成
- 設計・コーディング・単体テスト（UT）を含む開発チームのリード
- プロジェクトのWBS（作業分解構成）を作成し、進捗管理を実施
- 顧客と定期的にメール・会議・MS Teamsでコミュニケーションをとる
- 新しい技術スタックの習得・導入
- 技術的な指導を行い、ベストプラクティスを推進
