This luxury client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HRBP Specialist to support our HR team across all core functions, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and employee relations. Description
Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, including issuing contracts and managing new starter documentation.
Provide first-line HR advice and support on policies, procedures, and employment-related queries.
Assist with employee relations casework, including disciplinary and performance matters.
Manage HR administrative tasks such as filing, letters, contractual updates, and invoice processing.
Maintain accurate records in HR systems and support payroll and benefits administration.
Organize and track employee training, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Support internal communications and act as a liaison between HR and other departments.
