【概要】
・約5万人を対象としたグローバル人事システム（Workday）のデータガバナンスや最大活用に向けて、国内外のHRIS担当と伴走する職務です。グローバルポリシーを踏まえながら国内外の各地域の実態に沿った課題を可視化し、解決に向けた打ち手を推進いただきます。
・具体的には、Workdayデータ更新支援及び管理、国内外の各地域のWorkday担当者の教育支援、国内外の各地域内のWorkday関連プロジェクトにおけるグローバルガバナンスなどを担当いただきます。
【年俸】
560万円～920万円
