Job Description
- As a manager, you will be responsible for career management of the company's analysts to senior consultants, quality assurance of all PJs and teams, building relationships with major clients (general manager and general manager level), creation of new projects, PJ promotion, etc.
- Specifically, he/she will be responsible for: ・DX promotion strategy, systemization plan formulation, survey analysis, RFP creation support, management rule formulation (progress/quality/budget/documentation), and preparation of reports for executives.
- Support for the preparation of reporting materials for executives, business analysis (visualization of business operations, problem organization, planning of measures, etc.), IT strategy concept development, system planning/conceptualization, project management support, system implementation planning, etc.

- (1) Major medical equipment manufacturer: Support for formulating DX strategy and human resource development plan
- (2) Major non-life insurance company: Testing and migration support for system renewal and shift to cloud computing

Required Skills
- Experience in managing multiple projects of more than a few dozen man-months in parallel or PM experience in projects of more than a hundred man-months at a business company
- Those who have been working for the same IT consulting firm or think tank for more than 3 years and have experience as PM for projects.
- Experience in DX strategy development and business reform as a team leader or above.
- Those who can identify the client's problems and issues and promote solution proposals.
