◆業務内容
生産管理部として、生産計画の策定・管理、資材・在庫管理、製造工程の進捗管理、納期・出荷管理、インド人スタッフへの教育をしていただきます。
・受注状況や在庫状況を基に生産計画を立案
・突発的な変更（機械トラベルや急な注文）への対応
・材料の適正在庫の維持（不足や過剰在庫を防ぐ）
・発注管理とサプライヤーとの連携
・DX推進による業務効率化
