・CoE 組織開発の方針策定
・AI 人材育成のコンテンツ作成、研修実施、1on1、ハンズオン、OJT トレーニングの支援
・データ分析（課題定義、分析、運用設計、MLOps 等）、プロトタイプツール等の開発
・データ分析基盤の構築
