Description
まずは、品質保証プロセスの監督や、社内開発チームや外部ベンダーと連携を行い、ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトの品質基準を達成する役割を担っていただきます。
* プロジェクトに合わせたテスト戦略の策定と品質保証計画の立案 * QAベンダーの指導と管理
* QAベンダーの選定
* テストプロジェクトのスケジュールとリソースの調整
* テストケースの設計とテスト実行の監督
* テスト結果の分析とバグトラッキング
* テストプロセスの改善と効率化の推進
* レポーティングおよびステークホルダーへの報告

Required Skills
* Webサービス、iOSまたはAndroidアプリにおける総合テスト, テストケース設計・実行経験 (5年程度)
* 2‐3名程度のチームマネージメント経験が2〜3年程度ある方
* レポーティングや過去傾向を分析し、エンジニアに対して品質向上のための啓蒙活動ができる方
* WebやiOS、Androidなどプラットフォーム毎のアップデート内容を把握し、前もってテスト計画を立て実施してきたご経験
* エンジニアチームと協力して、品質基準を定義してきたご経験
