職務内容
- PMOチームのタスク進捗管理および責任者の補助業務
- 会議運営のサポート（アジェンダ作成、議事録記録、必要資料の準備・管理）
- 課題管理やリスク評価、品質確認、障害対応のサポートとレポート作成
- プロジェクト予算のモニタリング、工数調整、承認依頼対応などの調整業務
- 他部署や関連企業との連携・調整を通じた円滑なプロジェクト推進
