Description
Support clients in planning and executing large-scale IT transformation initiatives, including legacy system modernization and IT organization restructuring.
Collaborate with both local and global teams to propose technology-driven solutions tailored to each client's unique business challenges.
Participate across all project phases-from initial assessment and strategy development to design and implementation-while maintaining close communication with key stakeholders.
Contribute to creating future-state IT blueprints and migration roadmaps based on an in-depth understanding of current systems and emerging technologies.
Engage in continuous learning through diverse project assignments and cross-functional collaboration across industries.

We are looking for a mid to senior-level professional with a solid foundation in consulting and a proven track record of driving IT transformation projects across complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate has strong leadership capabilities, excels in stakeholder engagement, and can guide clients from strategic planning through to execution.
They bring deep expertise in enterprise IT systems-whether package-based or custom-built-and have hands-on experience with technologies such as Java, .NET, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with microservices architecture, Agile/DevOps methodologies, and large-scale migration projects is highly valued. Experience working in a global delivery environment and the ability to navigate cross-cultural teams is essential.
Fluent Japanese and Business English is necessary.
