In this role, you will manage equity operations, trade support, and settlement processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain seamless trading operations and resolve trade discrepancies efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage equity trade support, settlement, and reconciliation operations.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory standards.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• エクイティ・オペレーション（トレードサポート、決済、リコンシリエーション等）の経験3年以上。
• グローバル市場と株式商品に関する深い知識。
• KYC、AML、金融規制の知識。

語学力：

• 日本語: 流暢。
• 英語: 中級〜ビジネスレベル。

ソフトスキル:

• 多様な関係者と連携しながら問題解決を図る優れたコミュニケーションスキル。
• 厳しい時間制限の中でマルチタスクをこなせること。
• ストレス耐性。
