主な業務内容

• オンボーディングおよびリニューアルのKYC（プライベート＆コーポレートクライアント）。
• KYC承認の障壁となっている問題の特定・解決、エスカレーション。
• 営業チームのサポート（制裁等リスクファクターの評価など）。
• クライアントの提出書類が正確か、規制要件を満たしているかを確認すること。
• グローバルおよびAPACチームと連携し、KYC関連の問い合わせに対応しケース完了をサポートすること。

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee KYC onboarding and periodic renewals for private and corporate clients.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate issues preventing KYC approvals.
• Assess risk factors such as sanctions to support the Sales team.
• Verify client documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Global and APAC teams on KYC-related inquiries and case completion.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• KYC、クライアント・オンボーディング（COB）、またはレギュラトリー関連業務の経験5年以上。
• 日本語及び英語のコミュニケ―ション能力。

語学力：

• 日本語: 流暢。
• 英語: ビジネスレベル。

ソフトスキル：

• 細部に注意を払い、プレッシャーの中でも正確に業務を遂行できる能力。
• 向上心、勉強意欲。
• KYC、金融規制やコンプライアンスでキャリアを築く意欲。

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in KYC, Client Onboarding (COB), or regulatory operations.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and risk assessment within investment banking.
• Language Requirements:
  • Japanese: Fluent (required for regulatory and client communications).
  • English: Intermediate to Business level.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Financial services experience in securities, banking, insurance, or fintech.
• Familiarity with JSDA, CAMS, or other regulatory frameworks.
