外資系保険会社にて、日本ビジネスの戦略計画、財務分析、レポーティングを担当し、シニアマネジメントと連携しながら意思決定をサポートする重要な役割です。

主な業務内容

• 日本ビジネスの戦略・計画や予算策定に貢献すること。
• 経営陣やグローバル本社向けの業績報告書や財務予測の作成。
• 月次・四半期の財務KPIや業績の分析。
• 経営判断や意思決定に必要なアドホックのビジネス分析、ベンチマーキング。
• 財務戦略・計画について、CFOおよびシニアマネジメントを補佐すること。

As a Financial Analyst (FP&A & Insurance), you will play a key role in strategic planning, financial analysis, and reporting to support the business in Japan. Work closely with senior management and contribute to decision-making processes in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Contribute to the development of strategic plans and budgets for the Japan business.
• Report on business performance, financial forecasts, and key metrics to management and global headquarters.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly financial analysis to track performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Perform ad-hoc business analysis and benchmarking to support key decision-making.
• Collaborate with the CFO and senior management to drive financial strategy and planning.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• 経理・アカウンティングの経験3〜5年程度。
• 会計、財務の実務的な知識。
• データ分析力。

ソフトスキル：

• 積極的に知識を吸収する姿勢、向学心。
• 細部への注意力。

語学力

• 日本語: 流暢。
• 英語: ビジネスレベル（レポート作成やグローバル対応に必須）。

• 財務会計や決算の経験があれば尚可。
• 金融業界（特に保険）経験歓迎。
• 財務分析（FP&A）の経験。
