Job Description
企業向け決済サービスの加盟店に対する問い合わせ対応を行います。
電話やメール、チャットを通じて、丁寧かつ的確なサポートを提供します。

職務内容
- 加盟店からの問い合わせ対応（システム、契約、決済など）
- 電話・メール・チャットでの対応（初期は電話中心）
- マニュアル・手順書の作成、改善
- 社内外との連携を通じた機能改善提案
- FAQ・ナレッジの管理
条件・待遇
年収： 550〜700万円（賞与年2回/前職考慮）、通勤手当実費支給
勤務時間： 9:00〜18:00または10:00〜19:00（平日）
休日・休暇：完全週休2日、年末年始、夏季休暇、有給、産休・育休 他
