Corporate Planning (FP&A) / 経営企画（FP&A)

The Corporate Planning department is looking for a professional to take on FP&A, management accounting, governance enhancement initiatives, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budget planning, performance data aggregation, and variance analysis

• Supporting executive decision-making through scheduling and agenda-setting for management meetings

• Collaborating with other departments to strengthen governance, including the approval process

Required

• Hands-on experience in corporate planning, FP&A, or management accounting

• Ability to adapt to ambiguity and proactively catch up on necessary information

• Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or higher)

Preferred

• Experience in financial management within a listed company or a pre-IPO company

• Experience managing financials in a company operating multiple businesses across different countries or regions

• Knowledge or experience in the manufacturing industry

• English proficiency (ability to handle standard business emails)

• Certifications related to bookkeeping or accounting
