Manage journal entries and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for overseas and domestic vehicles of the Japan Income Fund (IFRS & JGAAP), including audit support.
Oversee various fund budget management tasks, including distribution forecasts, cash flow projections, and operational budgeting.
Coordinate with external accounting firms handling SPC accounting, ensuring quality control and monitoring.
Prepare investor reports for domestic and international stakeholders.
Collaborate with operations teams to provide accounting-related support.

Required:
At least 5 years of accounting experience (experience at an audit firm, tax firm, etc.).
Basic English skills (minimum: comfortable with text-based communication).
Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and logical thinking are prioritized over technical qualifications.
Preferred:
Finance experience in the real estate sector.
Experience in fund management or asset management.
Experience managing outsourced accounting services.
Experience coordinating with international offices.
Professional accounting certifications such as CPA (US or Japan) or tax accountant qualification.
Experience with international accounting standards.
