職務内容
- スキンケア市場のインテリジェンスを収集し、地域のニーズを活かしたソリューションとマーケティングを開発。
- PCSチームと市場情報を共有し、製品開発に反映。
- 市場ニーズに基づき、新製品の企画・開発・ローンチを推進し、顧客向けマーケティングを主導。
- 業界トレンドや戦略について、イベントや研修を通じて情報提供。
- コミュニケーションチームと連携し、広告・展示会・販促ツールを活用した業界向け施策を実行。
