Develop and implement mid-to-long-term operational plans and annual budgets for privately placed funds and REIT-owned properties, including infrastructure development.
Formulate and drive initiatives to enhance profitability of privately placed funds and REIT-owned properties.
Conduct hold-sell analysis, manage asset sales, acquisitions, and closing processes.
Prepare investor reports and communications.

Required:
Knowledge and practical experience in investments or financing.
Proficiency in creating and analyzing cash flow models.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in real estate asset management.
Proficiency in PC applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
English reading and writing skills.
Preferred:
Experience in property sales.
Business-level English (TOEIC score of 850+ preferred, but practical proficiency is prioritized over test scores).
At least five years of experience in real estate-related operations at a real estate fund, asset management firm, property management company, investment bank, commercial bank, insurance company, or trading firm.
