What's the mission?

We’re looking for people like YOU who are located in Japan and interested in Tech to help leading brands improve their digital products - ranging from websites and apps to connected and smart devices. Your insights will have a direct impact on how we use technology in the future! Testbirds is based in Munich, Germany, but our reach spans over 193 countries. Our clients include BMW, Allianz, DHL, Western Union, and more.

Who can join? You should fulfill the following requirements

⚪ Be located in Japan
⚪ Speak Japanese and English at a fluent level
⚪ Be 21+ years old
⚪ Familiar with current technology, including PC and smartphone operating systems
⚪ Basic troubleshooting skills for software and device issues
⚪ Familiarity with online forms and surveys
⚪ Comfortable using the internet for communication

⚪ 日本語および英語が流暢であること
⚪ 21歳以上であること
⚪ PCやスマートフォンのOSなど、最新のテクノロジーに精通していること
⚪ ソフトウェアやデバイスの基本的なトラブルシューティングができること
⚪ オンラインフォームやアンケートに慣れていること
⚪ インターネットを活用したコミュニケーションに抵抗がないこと

No Previous Experience Required!
Here are the next steps:

✅ You register on our platform and create a test device (the link will be sent to you as soon as you applied)

✅ You fill in an initial survey

✅ Once a suitable project becomes available, we will send you an invitation to our online study via e-mail

✅ Your feedback goes straight to our clients (in an anonymous way, of course)

✅ Once you have completed your first project with us and given your feedback in our surveys, you'll be paid for your time as soon as our internal quality check is concluded
