Objectives & Responsibilities

The Dealer Safety Operations Representative manages dealer safety projects and assignments for a Cat Dealer in Japan, driving the Caterpillar Safety Driven strategy to enhance safety performance and compliance. In this position, the incumbent is responsible for:

1. Project Management: Leading and managing safety projects to ensure timely and effective implementation of safety initiatives. This includes planning, executing, and monitoring safety projects to meet organizational goals.
2. Safety Program Development: Create guidelines to address safety hazards in dealer facilities.
3. Training and Education: Provide safety training to dealer employees for regulatory compliance.
4. Compliance Management and Audits: Conduct audits to ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
5. Incident Investigation & Reporting: Investigate accidents to determine causes and implement preventive measures. Monitors safety performance reports for trends and issues.
6. Business Partners to NCD – Serve as the primary point of contact between Caterpillar and the Cat dealer to ensure effective communications and implementation of safety policies, procedures and standards. Establish feedback loop to drive continuous improvement.

600-750万円（季節手当込み）※残業代、業績連動手当別途支給

8:30～17:30
フレックスタイム制、一部リモートワークあり（週２回可能）
