Job Description (Payable in charge)

•  Account payable processing
• Expense reimbursement process
• Withholding tax (including annual filing)
• Fixed asset tax or other indirect tax related
• Bank account administration
• Prepaid expense account management

• 源泉徴収税 (年次申告を含む)
• 固定資産税またはその他の間接税関連
• 銀行口座管理
• 前払費用口座管理

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting ( Nisho boki 2nd grade),experience with analytics tools and SQL for data analysis. PC skill (MS Excel or Microsoft 365 software), Cash app/AR management/revenue controller
• Communication: Fluent business English and Japanese.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience:3-4 years accounting experience.

スキルと資格:

• 技術スキル: 会計の基礎知識 (日商簿記 2 級)、データ分析のための分析ツールと SQL の使用経験。PC スキル (MS Excel または Microsoft 365 ソフトウェア)、キャッシュ アプリ/売掛金管理/収益コントローラー
• コミュニケーション: ビジネス英語と日本語が流暢。
• 細部への注意: 高いレベルの正確性と細部への注意。
• 学歴: 財務、会計、経済学、または関連分野の学士号/修士号。
• 経験: 3～4 年の会計経験。
