【具体的な業務内容】
・お客さまからの問い合わせに対し、ツールを用いた一次回答、二次回答
（例：Mail Dealerを使用して対応 ※実際はゲームタイトルによってツールが異なります。）
・管理ツールを使用した行動ログの調査やデータの修正
・ゲームの実機による動作確認
・テンプレートやFAQ、ゲーム告知、レポートの作成
・社内他部署との調整・連携対応（トラブル対応や調査依頼、報告、方針の検討など）
・協力会社対応（質問への回答や調査、調査方法のレクチャー） など
