・KPI分析からのプロダクトの課題抽出、改善のための企画立案
・高速でPDCAを回し、利益最大化に向けたコミットメント
・企画の詳細仕様策定
・商材であるキャラクターのスキル／パラメーター設計
・他職種メンバー含めた進行管理
・その他運営オペレーション全般
