主な業務内容

• クラウドベースのアプリケーション＆サービスのDevOpsプロセスの設計・実装・維持。
• クラウド移行プロジェクトのリード（プライベートからパブリッククラウドへの移行など）。
• KubernetesやInfrastructure as Code（IaC）ツールを活用したスケーラブルなインフラとデプロイパイプラインの構築。
• システムの信頼性、セキュリティ、パフォーマンスの最適化。
• 部署横断的なチームと協力し、オートメーションの推進と運用効率の向上を図ること。

In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize DevOps processes for cloud-based applications, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance automation and support private-to-public cloud transitions in an innovative, fast-paced environment.

• Design, implement, and maintain DevOps processes for cloud-based applications and services.
• Lead cloud migration projects, including private-to-public cloud transitions.
• Develop scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines using Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation and operational efficiency.

必須条件

経験・資格：

• DevOps、クラウドインフラ、及びKubernetesの経験7〜9年程度。
• AWS、GCP、Azureのいずれかに精通していること。

ITスキル：

• CI/CDパイプライン
• コンテナ技術（Docker、Kubernetes）
• IaCツール（Terraform、Ansibleなど）。

ソフトスキル：

• 分散環境でのトラブルシューティング能力と問題解決スキル。

語学力

• 英語: 流暢（ビジネスレベル）。
• 日本語: 中級〜ビジネスレベル。

歓迎条件

• AWS、GCP、Azureの資格保有者歓迎。
• Prometheus、Grafana、ELK Stackなどのモニタリングツールの知識。
• Bash、Python、Rubyなどのスクリプト言語が得意な方。

• 7-9 years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and Kubernetes.
• Proven expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure (certifications are a plus).

• Hands-on expertise in monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Ruby.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in distributed environments.

• English: Fluent.
• Japanese: Intermediate to Business level.

• Experience working in large-scale cloud environments.
